Rocky Mountain Archtop Festival 2026

On September 18, it’s that time of year again: The RMAF in Denver, Colorado, is back. For one weekend, everyone active in the U.S. archtop scene will gather in Arvada, a suburb of Denver. Peter Henriksen, the head of Henriksen Amps, has organized the festival for the fifth time. All the heavyweights of the guitar world will be there: Frank Vignola, Howard Alden, Cory Christiansen, Wolfgang Muthspiel, Ulf Wakenius, and of course Bruce Forman, along with many others. There will be concerts by these artists, workshops, and jam sessions. Another part of the show is the guitar exhibition. About 30 of my colleagues from the U.S. are exhibiting their instruments, and I’ll be joining them with my guitars.

I’m looking forward to seeing all the friends I’ve made there over the past few years again and hanging out with them amid plenty of music and technical discussions. And if all goes well, maybe I’ll even land an order...
